PsychroGen Software Updates

Please make sure that you download the appropriate update. If your Product Key is of the form 'PG200AQ-...., then download the PsychroGen 2 update. If it is of the form 'PG200SE-....’, then download the Special Edition update. Even though the contents of the two zip files may have the same name, they are different, and are NOT interchangeable.

Periodically we issue updates for PsychroGen 2. Most of the time these are additional features that we have incorporated, but sometimes they could be bug-fixes or enhancements relating to issues raised by users. These updates can be downloaded and installed by both licenced users as well as those who are running the trial versions.

First, extract the contents of the zip file. Then simply replace the previous set of files by the newly extracted ones. Start the Psychrogen 2 program as before. You will be presented with the three options i.e Standalone, Trial or Network. Select the option corresponding to your current installation and carry on. The system will automatically detect that you already have a Product Key and will assign you the same Product Key. You will now be able to use the updated version.
